I Hit My Weight Loss Goal!

Well, almost a week ago my office did weigh in. I lost three more pounds, hitting my 10 pound goal! YAY ME! I can tell in the rear of my slacks and the top part in the front (above my legs). I feel great and am definately not starving. This has been good for me.

Here are some of the exercises I have been doing to slim down:
  • Eliptical
  • Core exercises (Love that thing)
  • Stationary Bike
  • Yoga
  • Dance Mix Routines
  • Stretches
  • Walking

Some of the ways I have adjusted my eating habits are:

  • Smaller portions
  • No morning snack
  • More Water
  • Calorie Watching
  • Small afternoon snack (between 2 and 4 usually)
  • No evening snack (most of the time)
  • Healthy Dinner
  • Less Sugar

This has been amazing for me. I feel great and am super happy to continue this lifestyle change. I know I can keep it up!


  1. Hurray for you Brook. Those are really great ways to lose weight. I too am down 31 plus pounds but I have 19 more to go. I may even go lower than 50 pounds. I love and am addicted to the exercise program. And this coming from someone who NEVER has exercised in my 49 years. Congrats again to you!

  4. Thanks Katie! I need to get some good ones as well as new family ones. By the way....my kids will be in Vegas with their dad wed, thur, fri, sat and sun. So if you see them anywhere say hey to them....I know its a big city...lol
