Plantar Faciitis Update

Well, I went to the Podiatrist last Thursday.  They were very impressed with my feet.  Dr. Kotter said I do not need surgery and will just need to be careful.  I do not need to be seen again until January.  YAY ME!  I can wear low heels once in a while, exercise in moderation and even run once in a while!  YAY!  This was exciting news as I have a date on Wednesday with a very tall man and heels are going to be needed.  LOL!  I will probably take them off under the table at the restaurant, yes I know naughty, but way exciting.  I need to be tall you know.
